We sell our own handcrafted products made from sustainable sourced quality ingredients, preference is always given to locally produced ingredients where available. All products have been assessed by an independent analytical chemist to ensure that they meet the requirements for UK soap production and sales .
It is important to note that allergens are listed on the products and website and should be checked before use , as with all new skin products we recommend trialing a small area to check for reaction prior to regular use.
Deliveries will be sent Royal Mail , usually dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order , as we Highlands based its best to allow a minimum of a further 2 working days till receipt of your order. Any damaged goods should be retained for evidence and we will replace at our discretion.
If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged or an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service via the email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Images are for illustration purposes only , as these are handmade products they may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular , may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.
All stock and prices are subject to availability, items which are unavailable will be notified by email as soon as possible..
All prices listed in GBP(£) exclude VAT. We are non VAT registered.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
We accept payment by Paypal . We will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.
We cannot accept orders by telephone .
If you do not receive your order after 7 days within the UK. We will complete an investigation to trace your order, this may require additional information which we will request. If we are unable to trace your order we may offer a replacement, possibly to the Billing Address only, or Store Credit if a replacement is not suitable or available. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of PayPal details, or full address details. macSoap reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
macSoap reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.
You have 14 days from date of receipt of goods to cancel your order. Should you decide to cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a cancellation form to return with your goods. You will be responsible for return postage costs. Once we have received the returned goods we will refund you.
Please note we cannot accept cancellation for products which have been unsealed, due to health or hygiene reasons.
